ABC News publishes and maintains false information for years

Falsity. Error of fundamental American history. Disney company misstates a certain person's position in the U.S. Senate; confuses minority party with majority.

| By Greg Fisher

Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has never been the majority leader of the U.S. Senate.

However, news organizations sometimes falsely refer to him as Majority Leader. For instance, CNN and the New York Times make that error in multiple instances.

ABC News (the Walt Disney Company) made the mistake as far back as 2007, and that error is uncorrected. Here are some factual errors by ABC.
