Employers do not use credit scores.
In 2010, CBS reported that one credit score myth is that "HR Can See My Credit Score."
However, on March 2, on the CBS Evening News, the anchorman said, "They determine whether you get a loan, a credit card, and, increasingly, a job: Credit scores."
@CBSEveningNews Tomorrow, make a #correction as prominent as your #error. Employers do not use credit scores. I looked into it. @jillonmoney
