Washington Post error disappears

No acknowledgement of false information where it occurred; error repeated through syndication

| By Greg Fisher

Employers do not use credit scores; they cannot even get them.

Despite that well-known fact (and its comical 8-year history), the Washington Post's website still states, falsely, "Some employers are even looking at credit scores as criteria for jobs." #Myth2

Mui, Y. Q. (2012, February 16). Consumer agency wants oversight of debt collectors, credit bureaus. Washington Post. Retrieved November 10, 2016, from https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/consumer-agency-wants-oversight-of-debt-collectors-credit-bureaus/2012/02/15/gIQAieioHR_story.html @ylanmui

A grand tradition of newspapermen

The newspaper of Watergate also stated, in 2010, "The Republican rap on reconciliation is that it is a 'little used' (Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell) 'abuse of the legislative process' (Indiana Rep. Mike Pence) that would be used to 'jam this bill through Congress' (Utah Sen. Orrin G. Hatch)." #falsity

According to the official history of the United States of America, Senator McConnell did not become Majority Leader until 2015, and you will never know who wrote that word.

See this message and your response at http://creditscoring.com/interaction/2016/11/.

You wrote, "Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will get his wish and be replaced by a Democrat — former state attorney general Catherine Cortez Masto — when he leaves Congress in January"

Then, you wrote, "With the backing of outgoing Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.), former Nevada attorney general Catherine Cortez Masto won a Senate race on Tuesday, defeating Rep. Joseph J. Heck (R-Nev.) in a close fight."

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2016/11/09/a-silver-lining-on-election-night-first-latina-elected-to-u-s-senate/?postshare=3281478692277329&tid=ss_tw

Senator Reid is not Majority Leader because he is not in the majority.

Make a correction today.
