Cable television channel CNN published false information on its website.

Credit Score Myth 7, exacerbated by CNN and mentioned below, is the notion that a ratio is weighted at 30% in a Fico credit score. That is not true. The simple math about it makes it impossible.

In his first sentence, CNN's Stephen Collinson falsely wrote, "The clash between President Joe Biden and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy over the US debt will decide who is the most dominant figure in Washington for most of the next two years."

Scalise is Majority Leader.
