A pitch to the Huffington Post:

Pitch
The Huffington Post, a website, erroneously published, "The debate on Capitol Hill over Iranian sanctions is set to intensify in the coming weeks with House Majority Leader[SIC] John Boehner extending an invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to speak before a joint session of Congress."
John Boehner is not Majority Leader. He is Speaker. Kevin McCarthy is Majority Leader.
That is only 58 words (albeit of ultimate importance), but the rule stated by the Huffington Post is 500-1000. So, here are some more words to eliminate this bureaucratic impediment to truth.
Believe it or not, the false statement above was in the first sentence, no less, of the article. Beneath the writer's byline, it says, "Senior Middle East Analyst at Wikistrat; Former Director of policy, Jewish Policy Center; Former Editor of inFOCUS Quarterly."
Also, the Huffington Post erroneously published, "WASHINGTON -- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Majority Leader[SIC] John Boehner (R-Ohio) found themselves on the same side again Thursday, both defending their Wednesday votes to maintain the controversial spying program that lets the National Security Agency collect Americans' phone records."
Similarly (obviously), that error occurred in the first sentence of its article, too. The piece was written by Michael McAuliff. Beneath his by-line is a huffingtonpost.com email address. There are 1785 comments, and the comments section is closed.
The Huffington Post bears the name of its president and editor-in-chief, Arianna Huffington. It is unknown if she will see this permanent documentation and record of falsity. The Huffington Post managing editor is Kate Palmer. AOL Inc. lists the website as one of its properties. The chairman and CEO of AOL Inc. is Tim Armstrong.
aol.com calls Huffintgon "President and Editor-in-Chief of The Huffington Post Media Group."

John Boehner became Speaker of the United States House of Representatives in 2011. He represents the people of Ohio's 8th congressional district. Winning a seat in the House in 1990, he was elected for a 13th term in 2014.
Also in the Huffington Post, James Kwak states, "This inattention to actual policy is how Stewart can think that "within the Ryan budget proposal is the outline of a grand compromise not all that different from the one President Obama and the House majority leader, John Boehner, reportedly came close to reaching last summer: long-term deficit reduction through tax reform, higher tax revenue and spending cuts."
That article is dated 2012. The author is identified as "Associate professor, University of Connecticut School of Law, and co-author, 'White House Burning.'"
(418 words)
In another erroneous article, Armstrong and company published, "House Majority Leader[SIC] John Boehner at a press conference Thursday afternoon accused the president of "personally lobbying" against the construction of the pipeline."
In 2014, Will Durst, "Political comic, former radio talk show host, syndicated columnist, author, motivational speaker" wrote, "BEST ACHIEVEMENT IN TECHNICOLOR: House Majority Leader[SIC] John Boehner."
This is seen below that falsity: "Will Durst is an award-winning, nationally acclaimed political comic. Go to willdurst.com to find about more about his new CD, 'Elect to Laugh' and calendar of personal appearances."
516. That should do it.
