Here is the email message that Paul Gennaro told me to send; I made it worth my time.

Your website falsely states, "FICO scores have sometimes been used by landlords to determine the creditworthiness of potential tenants, by utility companies to determine the size of the deposit, by auto insurers in setting rates, and by employers in evaluating new hires."

At this late date, your claim is preposterous. Employers do not use credit scores. I looked into it 7 years ago.

See #1509rr. Did you get the message (to @voya)?

Follow these directions and complete the tasks today.

  1. Have someone reply to this message before noon so that I know you got it.
  2. Acknowledge your false information at the same internet address at which you published it.
  3. State the name of the person who wrote your false sentence above.
  4. State the source of your falsity.
  5. Confirm with me that you, Mr. Martin, are aware of this incident.
  6. Stop publishing false information.

No phone calls.
