I didn't ask for the score. I asked if you would give it to me. I didn't say I wanted you to give it to me over the internet. But this is encouraging; you didn't say Transunion WILL NOT give me the risk score.

I'll restate the question:

Will you give me the Emperica score for my credit file?

[In other words, do you disclose risk scores to consumers, even if they write to you, or make a phone call to you? You can give me that answer, yes or no, over the internet, can't you?]

Somebody had to make the decision to not disclose the score to consumers. It might be a committee, your company president, or the chairman of the board--and just as they decided to not disclose it, they can decide to disclose it, too.

What is your supervisor's name, email address (if they have one), and address?

What is your position with the company?

Who is B. Botruff?

Who is your supervisor?

You misspelled the words "whether" and "Cadillac." If you are the data entry operator working my file, that error could affect my credit score.

To attain the highest credit score (in the score Trans Union produces for conventional mortgage loan underwriting, the "Emperica"), how can I tell what is the right "number of bank revolving accounts"?

Can you, at least, tell me how I can tell how many to add or subtract to avoid the Emperica score giving that as a reason the score is not higher?

If it says, "too few," do I add one? More than one? [full text of all other correspondence attached]
