Employers do not use credit scores. They cannot even get them.

Here is a video of Thom Hartmann stating, falsely: "And, unfortunately, many employers today run credit-score checks on potential hires, which means that there are millions of Americans who have defaulted on their debt, and now have rock-bottom credit scores, and they're not going to get hired."
